We continually assess our consultants to ensure quality delivery, a good fit within your organisation, and that your objectives stay within your chosen package structure.
- You are invoiced in arrears
We invoice 30 days in arrears, with a breakdown of deliveries achieved and hours used against your selected package.

What clients usually ask first
What happens in the free consultation?
We talk through what your business does, where the legal exposure sits, and what you are currently spending on legal work. If outsourcing is a poor fit, we will say so. If it is a good fit, we will tell you which package we think matches your volume of work.
Can I try you on a single matter first?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with one project or contract on our hourly rate before moving to a monthly package. See the rates.
What if my requirements change month to month?
That is precisely what the model is for. Packages are defined by an hours band rather than a fixed figure, so you have room to move within the band. If your needs change structurally, we move you to a different package.
Do I get the same lawyer each time?
Wherever the work allows, yes — continuity is a large part of the value. Where a matter calls for a different specialism, we bring in the right person from our portfolio rather than stretching a generalist.
